The Technovation Challenge engages teams of high school or middle school girls to dream up, design, code and pitch mobile phone apps. Working with professional mentors, all-girl teams develop a real-world combination of technical and entrepreneurial skills.
Rintisan is a community media partner based in Surabaya and Jakarta. IT Martini was founded in 2008 with the goal of celebrating technology, entrepreneurship and civic dedication. IT Martini went on to win the TechColumbus Community Choice Award (2012), feature Kevin O'Leary in SharkMeet (2014), help Columbus achieve the Intelligent Community of the Year honor (2015) and host the ICF International Summit (2016).
