Product Designer - Enterprise & Consumer Experience
About the Role
We're looking for a Founding Product Designer who excels at creating intuitive, scalable experiences across enterprise software, consumer applications, and marketplace platforms. You'll own the end-to-end design process from research and strategy to high-fidelity prototypes, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business outcomes.
Key Requirements
• Strong UX foundation - deep understanding of user research methods, information architecture, user flows, and usability principles with ability to validate design decisions through testing
• Enterprise software design experience - designing complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, admin panels, and B2B tools that balance functionality with usability
• Consumer app design expertise - creating engaging, intuitive mobile and web experiences with focus on user engagement, retention, and delightful interactions
• Marketplace and creator platform experience - designing two-sided marketplaces, creator tools, brand platforms, or similar multi-stakeholder products with complex user journeys
• Design systems proficiency - building and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and design tokens that scale across multiple products
• Prototyping and interaction design - expert in Figma, with ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and micro-interactions that communicate design intent clearly
• Data-driven design approach - using analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform design decisions and measure success
• Cross-functional collaboration - working effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execute successfully
• User research skills - conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to inform product strategy and design decisions
• Visual design excellence - strong typography, color theory, and layout skills with ability to create polished, on-brand experiences
You should understand the unique challenges of designing for different user types - from power users in enterprise settings to casual consumers to creators building their brands - and know how to balance their often competing needs.
